There has been continuing complaints from residents regarding congested car parking outside of their driveways. This has resulted in some residents having their car/s being blocked by other vehicles.
We would like to kindly ask if all residents could give consideration for their neighbours accessing their properties and to avoid parking in front of driveways at all times.
In light of this complaint we are concerned that emergency vehicles would find it difficult to navigate throughout the development. Due diligence in respect of emergency vehicles would be in everyone’s best interests.
